Commisioned by a family friend before they moved overseas, this project aims to capture nostalgic places around Sai Kung Town (西貢市) that hold sentimental value.

The first piece (left) depicts a collection of nostalgic stores and locations from around town gathered around the Man Yee Playground (萬宜遊樂場), the site of many shared memories. Places such as the stationery store, Chinese herbal medicine store, and restaurants like Takka, the Winerack, and Man Nin Wah are all familiar places that make up the memories of our daily lives.

The second piece (right) captures the promenade, where local fisherman sell their daily catches and ferries take tourists out to explore the surrounding beaches and islands. Dinners were cooked with the seafood bought from the fisherman, late night walks with our pets were had, and cherished memories were formed on this promenade.
